7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • For COD orders, refusal to accept delivery may result in account restrictions or denial of future COD orders.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash after verification of the returned item.
