At HomePandaa.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We make sure every product you receive is in perfect condition so you can shop with complete peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 7-day checking and replacement policy for electronic items, and 14 days for all other categories.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within the specified time:

  • Electronics: Report within 7 days of delivery.

  • Other Products: Report within 14 days of delivery.

  • Damaged or broken items: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.


📦 Important Guidelines for Returns

  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer through a traceable courier or registered post.

  • Always wait for confirmation from our support team before sending any item back.

Your return will be eligible for replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The delivered product is faulty or defective.


Return Conditions Must Be Met

  • Notify us within the allowed timeframe.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • Include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards (if applicable).

  • Items must not be marked, defaced, or altered in any way.


Additional Notes

  • Products with a manufacturer warranty are not covered by HomePandaa.com’s internal 7-day warranty.

  • For all other products without a brand warranty, we offer a 14-day checking warranty.

  • Replacements are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection by the HomePandaa team.
