Once your order is placed and payment method selected, we begin the processing of the order.

Orders confirmed (payment verified or COD selected) before 2:00 PM (local time, Karachi) on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

If COD is selected at checkout, you agree to pay the full order amount in cash only to the delivery agent. Other payment methods (cheque, card, digital transfer) will not be accepted at delivery.

You must have sufficient cash ready at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable, or refuse to pay, your order may be canceled or returned, and you may be subject to cancellation fees or restocking charges.

For COD orders, please ensure your phone number and address are correct and reachable — our courier partner may call or message you to confirm delivery details.
5. Order Cancellation & Changes

If you wish to cancel or change your order (address, payment method, etc.), please contact us before the order is dispatched.

Once shipped, you may no longer cancel or change the delivery address.

If a COD order fails due to non-payment or refusal at delivery, we reserve the right to treat it as a cancellation and will not dispatch the order again unless a new order is placed.
